1. Who processes the data
The site operator is Izdeplus, website: izdeplus.com. For questions about personal data, write to hello@izdeplus.com.
2. What data we receive
Only what you enter yourself in the request form: your niche, city, website and a contact for reaching you (phone, email or messenger username). The site does not require registration and does not collect any other data through forms.
3. Why we receive it
The only purpose is to respond to your request: to carry out the free niche measurement and to contact you via the contact you provided. The data is not used for advertising and is not passed to third parties, except in the case described in section 4.
4. Where the data goes
The request is not stored on the website’s server. When you submit the form, its text is passed to WhatsApp and opens in your chat with our number - you then send the message yourself. After that, the data is processed under the rules of WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) and kept in your conversation. Technical data for the site to work (IP address, browser type) may be processed by the hosting provider - only so that the site opens.
5. How long we keep it
We ourselves do not keep the request at all: the server only passes it to WhatsApp and does not save it. The WhatsApp conversation stays with you and with us under WhatsApp’s terms; you can delete it in the messenger itself.
6. Your rights
Under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection”, you have the right to ask what data of yours we hold, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to withdraw your consent. To do so, write to hello@izdeplus.com - we will reply and delete what we hold in our correspondence within a reasonable time.
7. Changes
If the way we process data changes (for example, analytics or another form is added), we will update this text and state the date of the changes here. The version in force is the one published on this page.
