Terms of service
1. What this document is
This page sets out the terms on which Izdeplus provides the services listed on the website: Visibility Audit, GEO Rebuild, Monitoring and Website from scratch + GEO. The information on the website (packages and prices) is an invitation to discuss, not a public offer: the exact terms for each client are set down in WhatsApp correspondence before payment.
2. How work begins
You leave a request, we discuss the task on WhatsApp and confirm the package, timeline and price - and we start work only after payment.
3. Timelines
Visibility Audit - 3‑5 days, GEO Rebuild - 2‑4 weeks, Monitoring - from 3 months, Website from scratch + GEO - by estimate.
If the client delays materials or access, the timelines shift by the length of the delay.
4. What we guarantee and what we do not
We guarantee: visibility measured using the same method before and after the work, work carried out to an open checklist, and a transparent report on what was done.
We do NOT guarantee: a specific place in ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI answers, or growth in traffic and sales. The answers of AI platforms are non-deterministic and depend on their algorithms, which we do not control.
5. What we need from the client
Materials about the business, current prices and the access needed for the work (website admin panel, webmaster accounts - by agreement). We do not request or accept passwords to personal accounts.
6. Payment
Visibility Audit - 100% prepayment before work starts.
GEO Rebuild - 50% before work starts, 50% on delivery.
Monitoring - monthly, paid in advance for each month.
Website from scratch + GEO - the price is by estimate; the payment schedule is set in the estimate agreed on WhatsApp before work starts.
Prices on the website are stated in tenge.
7. Revisions and completion
The Visibility Audit report, the GEO Rebuild result and the website built under the Website from scratch + GEO package are handed over to the client.
The prices of GEO Rebuild and Website from scratch + GEO include 2 rounds of revisions. Further revisions are chargeable and are agreed before they are made.
The client has 5 working days from delivery to accept the result. If no comments are received within 5 working days, the work is deemed accepted.
8. Refunds
If work has not yet started, we refund the payment in full. If it has started, the part actually completed is paid for and the rest is refunded.
9. Liability
We are not liable for changes to the algorithms and rules of AI platforms that occur after the work is handed over, or for decisions the client makes on the basis of the report.
